Payment & cancellation policy

These are the proposed terms for the initial ₹50 mushroom-farming enquiry. Online payment is not enabled in this preview.

Your ₹50 enquiry

MushMiracle charges ₹50 total for a general mushroom-farming enquiry. Provide your contact details and complete payment; after payment is verified, an expert will discuss your mushroom-farming questions with you on the call.

The fee covers the expert phone consultation. Training admission, products, broader consultancy plans and expert visits are not included in this payment.

Payment and arranging your call

Saving an enquiry or closing checkout does not confirm payment. Payment is confirmed only after server verification of a captured payment matched to your enquiry, amount and currency.

After confirmation, your private status shows Paid—scheduling pending. We arrange the call with you manually; payment does not reserve a particular appointment time.

Cancellation and refunds

If MushMiracle cancels or cannot provide the consultation, we refund the full payment. Customer cancellations are non-refundable.

Rescheduling and missed calls

You can reschedule without an additional fee, including after a missed call, until the consultation is delivered. Contact us to arrange another time.

Payment still pending?

A closed checkout or debit notification alone does not confirm payment. Keep your private enquiry-status link and check it before trying payment again. Quote your enquiry reference when contacting us about a payment.
